Author Biography:
Petter Gottschalk is Professor of Information Systems and Knowledge Management in the Department of Leadership and Organizational Management at the Norwegian School of Management. He is the author of several books on these subjects, and he has published in major journals. Professor Gottschalk earned his MBA at the Technical University Berlin, Germany, his MSc at Dartmouth College and Sloan School, MIT and his DBA at Henley Management College, Brunel University, UK. Hans Solli-Saether has a MSc degree from the University of Oslo and a PhD degree from the Norwegian School of Management. He has been the CIO of Norway Post and has several years of experience with outsourcing. Dr. Solli-Saether has published several research articles and books on this topic. His current research interests are outsourcing and organizational interoperability.
