Author Biography:
Kellie Lawless is cooking instructor, food writer, and a Certified Kansas City Barbecue Judge who travels to dozens of U.S. barbecue competitions each year. She lives in Georgia. Maili Brocke is executive chef and owner of Maili Productions, a Santa Barbara based catering and event planning company specializing in celebrity events. Maili comes from a family of football players and has been cooking for gridiron events for decades.
