FULL MEMBERSHIP
- Open to reviewers, both staff reviewers and freelance reviewers
- Must write a minimum of 6 (six) reviews per year

Benefits
- Full Members will have unlimited access to member only areas of the website, bulletin boards, chat rooms, newsgroups and other areas as laid out in the bylaws.
- Full members also have voting privileges, may hold office...

Dues
$20 per year are payable in full on join. The year begins on 1 January and ends on 31 December. Because people will join at different times during the year we have devised a schedule for payments based on the month of join:

- Join in January, February or March - $20 for full year
- Join in April, May or June - $15 for remainder of year
- Join in July, August or September - $10 for remainder of year
- Join October, November or December - $25, includes final quarter of the years dues and full dues for the next membership period

- Bank Charges
- RIO Award Certificates
- E-newsletter
- Incidentals as they come up
- Website, which includes:

• Yearly Domain Registration
• Yearly Server Space
• Web Site Design

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP
- Open to former reviewers, review sites, review publications, review editors, review site owners
- Normally Associate Members are not reviewing at the time of joining RIO, but can upgrade their membership any time during the year.

Benefits
- Associate Members will have limited access to the website, bulletin boards, chat rooms, and other areas as laid out in the bylaws.
- Associate Members will not be allowed to hold office and will not be allowed to vote...though WILL be able to vote during the RIO Awards.

Dues
$10 per year are payable in full on join. The year begins on 1 January and ends on 31 December. Because people will join at different times during the year we have devised a schedule for payments based on the month of join:

- Join in January through June - $10 for full year
- Join in July trough December - $15, includes the second half of the years dues and full dues for the next membership period

CHARTER MEMBERSHIP

- Open only to those who join RIO as a *Full Member* by 31 December 2001.
