A REVIEWER is defined as one who writes in a professional manner for one or more publications (print or electronic). Their reviews consist of two main elements: A synopsis of the story and a critique of the work; including characterization, plot, pace, technical skill, and historical accuracy. Not all elements must be included, however the review must be more than just a "commentary" on the book. Our members review for many different print and electronic publications. While most of us concentrate on women's fiction and romance, membership is open to all genre. Our list of reviewers include both professional reviewers and freelance reviewers. For a full listing of our members log into the RIO Members section. |
